Job summary
OP Consulting Group LLC is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer in Lansing, MI. The role involves designing manual and automated tests, analyzing requirements, and building robust test plans. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
- Experience generating testing reports and metrics.
- Experience acquiring test data and validating test results.
- Familiarity with ADA/software accessibility testing tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases (5+ years).
- Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria to create effective test cases.
- Generate and document test plans and strategies.
- Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, and similar tools.
- Automate web applications with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or similar.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
