Job summary

Everlane is seeking a Quality Control Senior Associate to join our Sourcing QA function in Los Angeles. You will implement Everlane's global inspection and testing program, communicate results, and drive continuous quality improvements across factories and internal teams.

The role requires coordination with Production, Product Development, Technical Design, Sustainability, and Merchandising to maintain the highest product standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quality assurance experience in textiles, apparel, accessories and/or footwear.
• Understanding of materials and associated risk in finished garments.
• Technical knowledge of AATCC and ASTM testing standards.
• Experience presenting to key stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proactive, resourceful and entrepreneurial.
• Proficiency with Airtable and Excel is a plus.
• BA/BS or Masters in Textiles Science/Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute Everlane's global inspection and testing program with factories and partners.
• Communicate testing results to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
• Independently manage QA activities aligning with global quality standards.
• Analyze materials and test results; advise cross-functional teams on use.
• Monitor return rate and collaborate on mitigation plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve development and bulk quality issues with urgency.
• Create corrective and preventive action plans and share with partners.
• Track quality defect data and identify trends for solutions.
• Manage product samples (TOPs and reference samples).
• Define, track and report factory performance metrics.
• Create SOPs and protocols for best practices across teams.
• Handle additional projects as assigned by leadership.
