Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Dallas seeks a Quality Associate III to perform advanced QA functions within cGMP programs and supervise/coach QC Inspectors. The role centers on ensuring products meet regulatory and quality specifications and leading training on quality processes.

Responsibilities include GMP reviews, COA documentation, AQL testing, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues promptly and maintain product disposition timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years quality experience in a cGMP or regulated industry
• 3+ years in a Microbiology Lab (microbiology data mgmt)
• Experience in OTC Drug / Cosmetic / Medical Device manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Must have high integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Execute timely GMP review for Production Records, ensuring documentation compliance.
• Create and issue Finished Good Lot codes and train Inspectors.
• Release materials, products, equipment and facilities per QMS processes.
• Perform, audit, verify, document and report AQL inspections and testing.
• Prepare COA documentation as required.
• Escalate quality issues to leadership and coordinate actions for resolution.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure cGMP compliance.
