Job summary

State of South Carolina is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to support enterprise business systems, analyze business processes, and manage test life cycles across the agency’s enterprise environment. The role collaborates with stakeholders, technical teams, project managers, and vendors to define requirements and coordinate testing and release activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, MIS, computer science, or related field.
• Experience in enterprise information technology environments, business systems analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lifecycle, functional, technical, and business teams to execute enterprise testing strategies and project deliverables.
• Lead business process analysis, requirements gathering, and test planning activities.
• Partner with Test Delivery Lead and Test Engineering to configure and execute enterprise test automation.
• Design, develop, and maintain formal test plans, scripts, and testing documentation.
• Develop and maintain lifecycle management procedures for test scripts and artifacts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
