Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Validate application functionality against business and technical requirements.
• Ensure systems meet established quality standards and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain testing documentation and test evidence.
• Design and create complex test datasets to support testing scenarios.
• Validate data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
• Ensure test environments support business process validation.
• Support production applications and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist staff with application-related problems and investigate defects with development teams.
• Monitor production issues and verify corrective actions.
• Analyze workflows and identify gaps for improvement.
• Develop recommendations for enhanced functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with development, business users, and product owners.
• Use Jira and Xray to manage test cases, executions, defects, and traceability.
• Maintain testing metrics, status reports, and quality dashboards.
