The candidate should have 7+ years in software testing, banking/financial industry exposure, and strong skills in SDLC, Agile/Scrum, SQL, and traceability. This is a long-term contract opportunity in a bank/finance environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in software testing or QA
• Banking/financial services experience preferred
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile/Scrum
• Experience writing SQL queries (joins and CTEs) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts based on requirements.
• Perform manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
• Document defects clearly and collaborate with developers.
• Ensure traceability of requirements and maintain test documentation; participate in Agile/Scrum calls.
• Contribute to QA process and tool improvements.
