Job summary

NAVA Software solutions is seeking a QA Analyst in Whippany, NJ, with initial remote work and a 6-12 month duration. You will design functional test strategies, analyze feature impacts, and develop test plans to certify product quality.

Strong knowledge of SDLC/Agile and experience with automation tools like UFT and Selenium are preferred. You will collaborate with development and QA teams to execute and expand test coverage, document defects, and contribute to ongoing automation of regression

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in QA.
Good understanding of SDLC/Agile methodologies.
Familiar with test automation tools: UFT/Selenium.
Familiar with Postman testing, SoapUI, UI portals and DB testing.

Responsibilities

Design and execution of functional test strategies for high quality product releases.
Analyze new feature impacts and risks for release, review the test strategy and plans to certify product quality.
Develop/create Test Plans / Business Use Cases for testing.
Execute test use cases and report bugs using collaboration tools.
Triage and drive bug resolution with appropriate teams.
Work closely with the development group to document and execute regression, functional and integration tests.
Actively participate in the ongoing effort to fully automate regression and functionality testing.
