Qualifikationen

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Q/KDB+ programming language experience.
• Willingness to learn -Q/KDB+ programming language.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure integration of functions to meet goals and define necessary system enhancements.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of business and system processes and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure adherence to architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Gain knowledge of how business areas, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to achieve goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis and innovative solutions.
• Mentor mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, regulations and Citi policies.
