Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall Software Engineering experience.
• 5+ years strong Python experience, especially pipelines & infrastructure.
• Strong TypeScript / JavaScript / Golang experience.
• Large-scale codebase experience; VSCode experience is a plus.
• Hands-on data collection responsibilities.
• Rubric creation & evaluation criteria.
• Data generation, collection & evaluation pipelines.
• AI/LLM data workflows and engineering.
• Strong technical writing and communication.
• High-quality judgment and ability to identify subtle data/technical issues.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine rubrics and evaluation criteria.
