Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring software engineers.
• 7+ years of programming experience in Python.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS or GCP.
• Experience with in-memory data processing and database monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers to architect and maintain scalable software systems.
• Drive the technical vision for the team's domain.
• Provide technical leadership through mentoring and design/code reviews.
• Own Scrum agile methodologies and lead Agile ceremonies.
