Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Python + MLOps Engineer to operationalize ML and computer vision models into robust production systems. You will manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and ensure code reliability within agile sprints, bridging experimentation and production-grade delivery.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in software engineering, strong Python skills, and hands-on MLOps experience in GCP or AWS, with excellent English proficiency and a track record in production monitoring.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software engineering.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience with MLOps and production model deployment.
Experience with production CI/CD pipelines.
Background working in GCP or AWS cloud environments.
Experience with production model monitoring and performance tracking.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Operationalize ML and computer vision models into stable production environments.
Manage and maintain mature CI/CD pipelines.
Configure and support development, staging, and production cloud environments.
Review pull requests and ensure backend code reliability.
Utilize AI development tools within Agile sprints to accelerate delivery.
