Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specialized in Python and routing. You will design and scale high-throughput services powering first- and last-mile operations, using cloud-native Python architectures and modern routing APIs.

Requirements include 4+ years in backend Python/SQL, logistics and routing knowledge, geospatial data proficiency, and strong English and Polish skills. The role involves occasional monthly collaboration from the Warsaw office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial backend Python/SQL experience.
• Experience with logistics domain, network analysis, and routing.
• Geospatial data concepts applied via code (e.g., H3).
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (GCP preferred) and infra tools.
• Commitment to clean code, TDD, CI/CD, and code reviews.
• Design and scale a microservices-based architecture.
• Polish (native) and English (B2+).
• Availability to work from the Warsaw office once per month.
