Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Phoenix is seeking a Python Full Stack engineer (IAM) to support Identity and Access Management initiatives within Technology Risk & Information Security. The role involves senior teamwork, design and development of systems, and mentoring engineers to reinforce agile practices.

You will collaborate with product owners on blueprints, plan annual feature sets, and drive innovation while maintaining high-quality, well-documented code across platforms.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of software development experience.
• Leading teams of engineers; at least 1 year in a team leader role.
• Familiar with Agile or rapid app development methods.
• Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms/languages.
• Hands-on in application design, software development and automated testing.
• Able to interpret technical and business objectives and challenges.
• Able to think abstractly and handle ambiguous problems.
• Able to enable business capabilities through innovation.
• Proactive in seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
• High energy and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
• Experience with object-oriented design and coding across various languages.

Responsibilities

• Support IAM Identity Services and Capabilities team in Technology Risk & Information Security.
• Participate in design and development of systems and applications.
• Act as senior member of an agile team, driving consistent development practices and documentation.
• Mentor engineers; may have 2-3 direct reports.
• Identify opportunities to adopt innovative technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners on blueprints and feature planning for multiple platforms.
• Prioritize features for sprints and manage technical requirements from trends and defects.
