Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Irving, TX seeks an experienced IAM security specialist to lead the design, implementation and optimization of Identity and Access Management across a global financial services environment.

Candidates should have strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell), familiarity with PBAC concepts and standard protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), plus hands-on work with Active Directory/LDAP and identity providers such as PlainID or Okta.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Experience in Financial Services or large global environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools and reporting to identify best practices.
• Analytical/diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and own parts of a project.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record of operational process change and improvement.
• Strong understanding of PBAC principles and implementation with PBAC solutions at scale.
• Scripting and automation in Python or PowerShell.
