Job summary

TheCorporate LLC in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Python Full Stack Developer (AWS) to advance back-office web applications and support a modernization roadmap for revenue systems. Qualifications

Job Title: Senior Python Full Stack Developer (AWS) / Python web application developer

Location: 2 Broadway - MTA Headquarters (Hybrid)

Duration: Long term

Interview Mode: Hybrid (onsite virtual) --- Candidates will be required to attend an initial in‑person screening at our Manhattan office, followed by virtual technical interviews. Final‑round interviews may include an on‑site panel session.

JOB SUMMARY:

The qualified candidate will be working in the Revenue Fare Management Systems team performing back office web application development. Their work will support the Rail Road's legacy revenue applications and aid in ramping up development efforts for the New Fare Payment System project and the roadmap to merge and unify LIRR and MNR revenue applications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Accomplished at collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop high-quality code, expert at solving complex problems, and advise on design issues.
• Understanding of how to develop successful online customer experiences
• Experience building web-based applications and APIs
• Solid understanding of AJAX, HTML, JavaScript and CSS
• Skilled at Python Web Development and familiar with Django and FastAPI Frameworks

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement custom modules and APIs in Python

Additional Skills and Information:
