Job summary

Joinkeywork is seeking a Senior Python Engineer to work remotely on an hourly basis to review AI-generated Python solutions and technical explanations, and to generate high-quality reference content that demonstrates strong software engineering practices.

You will assess solutions for correctness, optimize performance, fact-check information, and craft clear, step-by-step explanations to support model training and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/SE/Math or related field.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python on production systems.
• Strong knowledge of Python, libraries, frameworks, and backend services.
• Excellent English (C1) and Chinese (C1) written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content and detailed prompts.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, quality, and performance.
• Ensure model integrity and bias testing across use cases.
