Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Python development.
• Hands-on Python and ML experience in enterprise applications.
• Experience building and deploying document management/document capture processes.
• Experience with OCR and Deep Learning technologies.
• Strong understanding of logging, caching, transaction management, multi-threading/concurrency, performance tuning, and application monitoring.
• Experience creating software design documentation using UML.
• Understanding of DevOps processes for build and deployment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Agile project processes and methodologies.
• Knowledge of banking industry processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Python.
• Build and deploy document management and document capture applications incorporating OCR and Deep Learning capabilities.
• Develop and integrate Machine Learning models into enterprise applications.
• Implement components related to logging, caching, transaction management, and monitoring.
• Develop solutions using multi-threading and concurrency techniques.
• Perform application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Create and maintain technical design documentation using UML.
• Follow DevOps processes for application build, deployment, and release activities.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Review, develop, and provide feedback on technical documentation.
• Work collaboratively within an Agile project environment.
• Ensure assigned tasks and deliverables are completed within established timelines.
• Follow defined processes and maintain a strong attention to detail.
• Apply knowledge of banking industry processes where applicable.
