Qualifications

5+ years of professional Python development experience.
At least 1 year of leadership experience.
Strong backend experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
Experience designing microservices and API gateways.
Ability to integrate data from multiple sources (xlsx, pdf, csv, json).
Proven ability to mentor engineers and guide architectural decisions.
Proficiency in shell scripting and OS-level operations.
Solid Linux/Unix knowledge (process management, networking)
Hands-on AWS, GitHub Actions, and REST API development.
Experience with test automation and robust unit testing practices.
Experience leading agile teams on complex applications.
Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities
