You will develop Python web apps with Flask and Streamlit, automate workflows, and implement AI-enabled features to deliver accurate data on tickets, procurement, and assets.

The role involves collaborating with program leadership, deploying in a secure Linux environment, and integrating with ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience building web apps with Flask or similar framework.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs, including authentication, pagination, and error handling.
• Linux server administration knowledge (systemd, permissions, Bash).
• Data processing with pandas and SQL; PostgreSQL design and admin.
• Git and disciplined version control practices.
• Open source tools deployment and maintenance in production.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal Python web applications using Flask and Streamlit.
• Automate recurring manual workflows (reports, reconciliation, ticket follow-up).
• Apply AI features (data extraction, ticket classification) with approved tools.
• Develop ServiceNow integrations for ticket data retrieval and reporting.
• Deploy and operate apps in a secure Linux environment; maintain dev/prod environments.
• Write automated tests and produce runbooks/documentation.
