Job summary

System Soft Technologies in Denver seeks a senior Python Developer for a W2 contract. Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, with Python.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a W2 basis; H-1B transfers not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Develop clean, scalable, and efficient Python code using modern web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Build, maintain, and secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL and non-relational databases such as MongoDB and Redis, optimizing queries and data pipelines.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure using containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Take part in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams on code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Write unit and integration tests using tools such as PyTest or Unittest to support code quality and reliability.

Requirements
