Responsibilities

• Ensure all reports are delivered on-time and accurate, including dashboards.
• Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and data lineage.
• Automate manual reporting tasks using SQL, scripting, and BI tooling.
• Own and enhance report-focused apps in Retool with new views and improved UX.
• Conduct data investigations and root-cause analyses for data quality issues.
• Act as SME on healthcare claims reporting and related trends.
