Job summary

Fractal Analytics is seeking a Full Stack Developer (Python + React.js) to design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise web applications. You will collaborate with Product, Cloud, Data, and AI/ML teams to deliver robust APIs and responsive UIs.

The role requires 8–12 years of experience with Python, Django/Flask/FastAPI, REST APIs, React, and modern databases. Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong Python, Django/Flask/FastAPI, and REST API skills.
• Hands-on React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
• Databases: MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB; OLTP/OLAP concepts.
• Experience with microservices and messaging (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
• Understanding scalable backend architectures and multithreading.
• Git/GitHub and Agile practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web apps using Python and ReactJS.
• Build secure, scalable REST APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive UI with React.js.
• Integrate databases and third-party services.
• Participate in architecture discussions, testing, deployment.
• Troubleshoot performance and integration issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environment.
