Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional Python backend experience.
• Strong Python skills including async programming.
• Experience building RESTful APIs with Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• Deep PostgreSQL knowledge for schema design and queries.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 and JWT for secure APIs.
• Experience with unit/integration testing (Pytest, unittest).
• Exposure to AI integrations and MCP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Implement async processing, background jobs, and distributed workflows.
• Develop and maintain workflow orchestration with Temporal, Airflow, or Celery.
• Ensure secure authentication and robust logging/monitoring.
• Collaborate via Git workflows, PRs, and code reviews.
• Support Docker/Kubernetes deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Write automated tests and ensure high-quality software.
