Job summary

Agility Partners is seeking a Python Developer to join a brand-new B2B collaboration platform initiative in Columbus, OH. You will build APIs from scratch using Python and FastAPI, serving thousands of users in a greenfield project.

You’ll collaborate with frontend engineers (Vue), business analysts, and testers in an agile environment, and help shape data integration between legacy systems and the new platform while establishing strong technical foundations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python development experience with API focus.
• Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on data integration across systems.
• Ability to work in a small, collaborative, fast-paced team.
• Willingness to work onsite in Columbus, OH three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable APIs using Python and FastAPI for a modern B2B web application serving thousands of users.
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers (Vue), business analysts, and testers to design and deliver new features end-to-end.
• Develop and support data synchronization between legacy systems and the new platform (TPA 2.0).
• Participate in design discussions, technical decision-making, and iterative delivery in an agile environment.
• Help establish best practices and technical foundations for a brand-new product.
