Job summary

JPMorganChase in Wilmington, DE seeks a Software Engineer III - Python/AI/MLOps to join Corporate Technology. You will design and deliver secure, scalable tech products, working with AI-assisted tools and MLOps to productionize models on Databricks and Spark.

You will build infrastructure as code with Terraform, monitor systems with CloudWatch and Datadog, and partner with model developers to modernize ML workflows across environments.

Qualifications

• Formal software engineering training or certification with 3+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Spark-based data processing.
• Experience with Databricks, job configuration, libraries, and runtime management.
• Experience operating workloads in AWS (EC2/S3/EMR/Lambda) and Terraform.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, security and performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions with design, development and troubleshooting.
• Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms.
• Utilize enterprise AI-assisted tools to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Develop scalable ML platform capabilities on Databricks for risk/fraud models.
• Productionize models with Python and Apache Spark; assist data preparation.
• Modernize ML workflows from SageMaker to Databricks for reliability.
• Build infrastructure as code with Terraform to manage cloud resources.
• Implement monitoring and observability with CloudWatch and Datadog.
