Qualifications

4+ years of Python development experience.
Strong OOP and software design principles.
Experience with AI agent frameworks and LLM integration.
Web app development with Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
Proficiency with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
Unit testing and test automation experience.
Designing enterprise automation systems.
Knowledge of queues and library creation.

Responsibilities

Leverage AI tools to generate Python-based web apps, backend services, and automation, with reviews for correctness and engineering standards.
Design and generate unit tests to validate Python code against requirements.
Build AI-driven components using Agentic AI frameworks and Copilot extensibility.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
Stay updated with evolving Python and AI technologies.
Design and test automation workflows with quality.
Monitor changes post-feedback while preserving specs.
Review code and integration of systems.
