Infosys DNA is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 in the United States to contribute to data and analytics initiatives. You will participate in requirements elicitation, design discussions, coding, code reviews, testing, and documentation to deliver robust data-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong Spark/Hadoop ecosystem experience, Big Data tooling, and Python/SQL skills, with willingness to relocate or travel as needed. Infosys states no immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience with Spark/Hadoop/HDFS, YARN, Confluent Kafka, HBase, Hive, Impala, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in programming languages: Big Data, Spark/PySpark, SQL, Python, and Shell scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate software application design discussions and document design decisions for the technical team.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features into existing applications to maintain stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold quality.
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks for new software.
• Resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich knowledge base.
