Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute across the SDLC, from requirements elicitation to implementation, focusing on big data and AI-enabled analytics. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, review code, and help deliver enterprise solutions using Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and NoSQL technologies.

Ideal candidates have hands-on coding experience, strong design skills, and the ability to translate requirements into actionable tasks, while supporting production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Three years of progressive experience in lieu of education is acceptable.
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions to guide the technical team.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates, maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold quality.
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth transitions.
• Actively participate in resolving production issues and propose preventive strategies to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base.
