• Drives Lean, Safety and Quality improvements; analyzes data to improve cycle time and capacity.
• Develops personnel through coaching, training and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead and train a team of production employees; assign work and set priorities.
• Prioritize schedules based on manpower, equipment, capacity and materials.
• Lead operational meetings and track performance metrics to meet targets.
• Ensure timely response to issues affecting customer satisfaction and conformance to requirements.
• Prevent accidents via training and adherence to safety policies.
• Develop career plans and manage hiring, rewards and discipline processes.
• Analyze capacity, implement processes and report real-time status.
• Identify process changes to improve capabilities and drive Lean and Quality.
