Job summary

NextEra Energy is seeking a Sr PV Solar Field Technician for the Duane Arnold Solar site in Palo, IA. The role focuses on operation and maintenance of solar PV collection assemblies, battery storage, and inverters to ensure safe, reliable power generation.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and supervising field teams. Relocation may be provided; full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Valid non CDL driver's license required.
• Preferred: trade school, electrician licenses, Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
