Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on commercial or utility-scale PV field experience.
• Proven lead technician or senior service technician experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical field for solar PV and BESS commissioning.
• Direct technical workflow and enforce workmanship standards.
• Troubleshoot live DC and AC electrical systems.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of commercial and utility-scale PV systems

Advanced Electrical Troubleshooting

Test Equipment Proficiency

Fault code diagnostics

Hands-on experience with inverters

BESS field experience

Monitoring / SCADA / Communications
