Qualificações

• Eight to ten years of purchasing experience in the marine industry.
• Proven experience in vendor negotiations and supply chain optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead vendor relationship efforts. Oversee negotiations, secure optimal pricing, and review service agreements.
• Establish and enforce purchasing policies. Ensure all requisitions have proper approval. Adhere to environmental and safety regulations and comply with U.S. laws and corporate ethics.
• Manage inventory stock. Monitor market trends to anticipate inventory needs.
• Monitor costs during blanket purchase order periods. Establish financial terms with vendors (account/credit).
