Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain or related field preferred.
• 5+ years related experience in manufacturing/electronic component purchasing desirable.
• Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supplier base for assigned projects including escalation of quality & logistics issues.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve best price, quality and schedule.
• Support purchasing activities for cross-functional product development programs.
• Ensure compliance with organization-wide purchasing policies.
• Work with Quality to develop and maintain supplier performance.
• Coordinate the qualification of new suppliers.
• Research new sources to reduce costs and improve quality.
