Job summary

TIGHITCO, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Manager for our Berlin, Connecticut site. You will lead the procurement team, negotiate with suppliers, issue purchase orders, and ensure on-time delivery to support aerospace and industrial manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and quality teams to meet program cost targets and quality standards, evaluate supplier performance, and pursue continuous improvements in purchasing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in purchasing in manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/AS9100 is a plus.

Responsibilities
