DPR Construction is seeking a Manager - Purchasing to lead regional and national purchasing and demand planning. You will oversee PO execution, aggregates forecasts, and align procurement with project requirements across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, procurement, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, demand planning, or procurement operations required.
• 2-4 years of experience leading purchasing teams or coordinating team workload required.
• Experience developing forecasts, demand plans, or inventory strategies required.
• Experience using ERP, procurement, or forecasting systems required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages purchasing specialists, including workload coordination, performance management, and development.
• Oversees purchase order execution, transfers, and stocked purchasing activities to ensure operational continuity.
• Develops and maintains aggregated demand forecasts and item-level demand plans aligned with project and branch requirements.
• Identifies and aggregates material and service demand across internal entities to support forecasting and supplier planning.
• Analyzes forecast data and market intelligence to adjust planning assumptions and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Establishes processes for forecasting governance, inventory optimization, and supplier alignment.
• Monitors purchasing and demand planning performance metrics and implements corrective actions as needed.
