Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. in Georgetown, KY is seeking a Senior Purchasing Assistant to support day-to-day purchasing activities for assigned categories and plants. You will manage RFQs, vendor onboarding, and maintain sourcing data while mentoring junior staff and driving process improvements.

The role requires 4–6+ years in purchasing/procurement, ERP proficiency, and a relevant degree. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement operations experience, including complex/blanket/service POs and vendor escalations.
• Proven ERP/e-procurement super-user experience and demonstrated reporting/analytics capability.
• Associates Degree in Supply Chain or related field required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day purchasing support for assigned categories, plants, or business units.
• Handles RFQ events, vendor onboarding, and maintenance of sourcing lists and data; maintains logs and documentation; prepares RFQs/bid tabs.
