Job summary

BidMachine is hiring a Senior Account Manager for US publisher accounts, primarily in mobile gaming, with growth in non-gaming apps. You’ll own relationships, oversee onboarding, revenue performance, product adoption, and long-term partnership growth.

You’ll drive revenue through upsell and cross-sell, ensure integration and activation of publisher inventory, and work with internal teams to improve performance and customer experience. AI tools will be part of daily workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Partner Management or Publisher Development.
• Experience carrying and hitting a revenue target.
• Strong knowledge of mobile advertising technology (publishers, SSPs, exchanges).
• Gaming or mobile-games experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow publisher partnerships across US accounts, primarily mobile gaming.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Lead onboarding, activation, and revenue growth initiatives with publishers.
• Drive revenue targets through upsell, cross-sell and new product adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Demand Operations to optimize performance.
