Job summary

Allied Global Marketing in New York is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Publicity team, supporting clients across travel, hospitality, entertainment, B2B, and lifestyle industries.

The role leads day-to-day client work from planning through execution, requiring strong relationships, strategic thinking, excellent writing, and national media reach, with mentorship to junior staff and a collaborative hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, PR, journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years in agency, corporate communications, or in-house PR.
• Proven success securing placements with NY and national media.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and verbal skills including AP Style.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client work and national publicity initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic publicity programs.
• Coordinate media and influencer opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Maintain client service and reporting standards.
• Use AI tools responsibly for research and reporting.
