Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with civil engineering focus and at least 30 semester units in civil engineering.
• Experience: Four years of responsible design, project and construction management for public works projects.

Responsabilités

• Prepare project cost estimates and budgets; provide professional engineering support for assigned areas.
• Manage procurement for professional service contracts; review proposals and negotiate awards.
• Administer contracts to meet schedules, funding requirements and city standards.
• Coordinate with city staff, consultants, contractors and external agencies; monitor progress.
• Review plans and specifications for public works projects and assist with grant applications.
