Qualifications

  • Knowledge of state laws governing public utility ratemaking.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial records and cost of service.
  • Ability to prepare written reports with conclusions and recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex rate case filings for multiple utilities.
  • Provide economic and financial advice to the Commission.
  • Prepare pre-hearing and post-memoranda for the Chairman/Administrators.
