Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with multiple QB files and companies in public accounting.
• 3+ years of experience processing payroll and filing tax returns in multiple states.
• Professional demeanor, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional advisory, reporting, and bookkeeping services to clients.
• Oversee the payroll department ensuring accurate payroll services.
• Communicate, mentor, and train both staff and clients.
• Provide professional customer service to clients.
• Manage projects and client onboarding.
• Ensure firm work is performed timely and efficiently.

Skills

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel

Advanced skills in Quickbooks Desktop and Online

Advanced knowledge and experience in payroll and payroll tax returns in multiple states
