Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle from planning through stabilization.
• Develop and manage project plans, scope, schedules, and governance.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and contractual requirements.
• Serve as primary liaison for state stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and quality; take corrective actions.
