Job summary

Fayetteville Technical Community College is seeking a Senior Lieutenant- Public Safety & Security Training Supervisor to build and manage training programs for the Public Safety team on campus. You will deliver diverse instructional content and lead the FTP for new hires.

The role also requires providing operational supervision when needed and ensuring a high level of professionalism and community safety across the department.

Qualifications

• Develop and deliver recurring departmental training in emergency response and security procedures.
• Coordinate Field Training Program (FTP) and monitor trainee progress.
• Provide supervisory support and campus security coverage when not in training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver initial, in-service, remedial, and professional development training to Public Safety personnel.
• Obtain and maintain instructor certifications ( CPR, AED, First Aid, Stop the Bleed, etc.).
• Plan safety training for the larger campus community and oversee special events coverage.
