Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Sr. AD, Public Policy to advance policy agendas, analyze government developments, and identify opportunities and risks affecting our therapeutic areas.

The role involves creating and executing strategies across federal and state governments, coordinating with internal teams, and representing the company in industry coalitions to support patient access and medical innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience in government affairs in pharmaceuticals/health care.
• Knowledge of public policy issues affecting the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams addressing public policy topics.

Responsabilités

• Identify, build, and execute strategies to advance therapeutic area goals across federal and state governments and key agencies.
• Represent PGA on cross-functional teams to align strategies with corporate objectives.
• Monitor and interpret legislative and regulatory policy developments relevant to therapeutic areas.
• Develop policy positions and coordinate internal approvals for state and federal policies.
• Collaborate with brand teams to create policy briefs, talking points, and advocacy materials.
• Build relationships with external stakeholders to strengthen advocacy efforts.
