J.D. from an accredited law school.
8+ years of public finance experience, including substantial tax-exempt bond experience.
Strong academic credentials and client-management skills.
Willingness to leverage AI and legal technology for research, drafting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead tax-exempt and taxable financing transactions from structuring through closing, including bond counsel and related roles.
Draft and negotiate financing and offering documents, including official statements and loan agreements.
Analyze federal tax, securities, credit support, and management agreement issues affecting transactions.
Serve as the primary contact for clients and manage working groups.
Supervise and mentor associates and paralegals and support client development initiatives.
