Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years of QuickBooks Online experience.
• 2–3 years in public accounting firm.

Responsibilities

• Performs general accounting and related duties for the organization.
• Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
• Maintains the general ledger.
• Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts and closes the monthly books.
• Verifies and processes accounts payable payments.
• Supports external auditors; gathers information for annual audit.
• Files payroll and sales tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.
• Maintains knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.
