Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy License in Tennessee.
• Direct clinical expertise in Female Pelvic Floor Therapy.
• Direct clinical expertise in complex spinal rehabilitation.
• Certification in advanced dry needling.
• Extensive hands-on experience with advanced dry needling.
• Expert-level manual therapy skills.
• Strong therapeutic exercise design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and obtain detailed medical histories.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for pelvic health and spine conditions.
• Provide Female Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy.
• Provide advanced treatment for complex spinal and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Safely perform advanced dry needling as a core modality.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise programming.
• Conduct dedicated 60-minute, one-on-one treatment sessions.
• Independently manage patient schedules and treatment plans.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary office environment.
• Build rapport with a premium patient population.
• Maintain professional communication with patients via phone, email, and text.
• Support case retention through high-quality care and ongoing contact.
• Document precisely using a cloud-based digital medical records system.
