Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Senior Psychological Operations Planner to lead PSYOP planning in support of national security objectives at Fort Meade. You will coordinate with interagency partners, develop PSYOP concepts, and brief senior leaders on recommended plans and risks.

The role requires an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility, several years of military planning experience, and a strong background in strategic communications.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of the US Army Psychological Operations Qualification Course
• 10 years’ experience planning, coordinating, synchronizing and/or executing Psychological Operations (PSYOP)
• 7 years demonstrated experience in military planning processes including Joint Planning Process (JPP) and related methods
• Active TS clearance and SCI eligible with CI Poly
• Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Behavioral Science, Military Science, or similar field
• Experience briefing PSYOP concepts to executive/senior-level decision makers
• Proficient in standard military software applications and communication systems

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and integrates PSYOP activities in support of operational and strategic objectives
• Develops PSYOP concepts and messaging using research and audience analysis
• Coordinates PSYOP planning with interagency partners, allies, coalition forces, host-nation stakeholders, academia, media partners, and vendors
• Integrates PSYOP with broader OIE, cyber, information, and non-kinetic effects
• Supports media campaign planning and execution with aligned messaging and targeting
• Uses analytic platforms to support PSYOP planning, targeting and assessment
• Advises planners and leaders on PSYOP risks and effects, ensuring legal and operational soundness
• Conducts executive briefings to GO/FO/SES decision makers
• Leverages PSYOP doctrine to ensure target accuracy
