Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Psychological Operations Planner to join a high-impact national security program. You will plan and coordinate PSYOP activities, develop messaging using behavioral insights, and coordinate with interagency and multinational partners to align influence with strategic goals.

The role requires senior-level briefing experience, TS/SCI with poly, and extensive background in military planning. Travel up to 25% locally is expected as part of operations and support.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of the US Army Psychological Operations Qualification Course.
• 10 years' experience planning, coordinating, synchronizing and/or executing PSYOP.
• 7 years demonstrated experience in military planning processes including JPP, MDMP, joint targeting, or campaign planning.
• Active TS clearance and SCI eligible with CI Poly.
• Bachelor of Arts/Science in Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Behavioral Science, Military Science, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience briefing PSYOP concepts to executive/senior-level decision makers.
• Proficient in standard military software applications and communication systems.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and integrates PSYOP activities in support of operational and strategic objectives.
• Develops and refining PSYOP concepts and messaging using research and audience analysis.
• Coordinates PSYOP planning with interagency partners, allies, coalition forces, host-nation stakeholders, academia, media, and vendors.
• Integrates PSYOP with wider OIE, cyber, information, and non-kinetic effects across domains.
• Supports media campaign planning and execution by aligning PSYOP messaging with media and strategic efforts.
• Uses government/analytic platforms like Maven Smart System and C2IE for PSYOP planning and assessment.
• Defines influence indicators, assesses audience response, and refines PSYOP plans.
• Advises planners and leaders on PSYOP risks and effects, ensuring legality and operational soundness.
• Delivers executive briefings to GO/FO/SES to gain approval of concepts and plans.
• Leverages PSYOP doctrine to ensure target alignment.
