Job summary

Khan Academy Kids seeks a Senior Efficacy Research and Psychometrics Analyst to strengthen the evidence base behind our assessments for PreK–2 learners. You will lead psychometric analyses, manage data sharing with external partners, and translate findings into product improvements.

You will also own analytics and reporting infrastructure, building KPI dashboards and recurring reports used by leadership, philanthropy, and school partnerships teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in psychometrics or related field.
• Strong background in item analysis, reliability, validity.
• Experience translating findings for product teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead external psychometric research partnerships and data sharing.
• Analyze psychometric findings and translate to product improvements.
• Own KPI dashboards and recurring reports for leadership and funders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external researchers on studies.
